What is MindCleanup?

  • MindCleanup is a compilation of ideas I developed over the years that have transformed my life. It is a safe environment where I share methods that will motivate, uplift, energize, and inspire you. MindCleanup is for you, the seeker, because you want to live your life to the fullest.

    What is it in a nutshell?

    1- It’s a set of time tested values and beliefs that will help you walk on the path of happiness leading you towards your dreams, and life goals. 

    2- It’s videos, and blog posts filled with tips, tricks, and empowering ideas that will keep you motivated to stay on that path. It’s all about exposing you to positive ideas that will keep you going especially if you hit a bump in the road.

    3-It’s a series of books, tools, and programs to help you troubleshoot specific obstacles & limiting beliefs that are keeping you from achieving your dreams, and living a fulfilling life.

    4-It’s also community where you can share your stories, fears, doubts – where you can count on full and undivided support without judgment.The ultimate goal is to help you find happiness and to remind you of how awesome you are!

    What’s my Story?

    Several years ago, I was depressed and in very poor health. I had been laid off from my job, experienced several business failures, and had very few friends. The pain of living my life was becoming unbearable. One day, I received a phone call with devastating news. That moment was the turning point that prompted me to finally make the decision to discover everything possible about living a happy and fulfilled life. Read my full story here.

    I was fortunate to have several mentors who led me to discoveries that would shape my life for the better. When I started applying these different methods, tips, and tricks, my life changed almost instantly.

    The Credo is Very Simple: Once you realize how awesome you are, and expose yourself to positive thoughts and ideas on a daily basis and remove the negative, you will see positive things happen in your life.

    It is simple, and it works. I strongly believe that anyone who applies this to their life will see dramatic results.

    MindCleanup focuses on the importance of compassion, respect, trust, honesty, and open-mindedness. When you put these values to use, you will find that your confidence increases, and your relationships improve. These values are apparent throughout all of the MindCleanup videos, articles, the What’s your Secret Book, and various tools found on this website. Each of them will help you identify areas of your life that are lacking and achieve the satisfaction and happiness that you deserve.

    I believe that MindCleanup is a glimmer of hope in the midst of incessant negative exposure. It will act as a tool to propel you towards a life where you have more good days than bad ones. When you are in a positive state of mind, you become unstoppable. When you are happy and confident you can deal with anything that life throws your way.
